Refund and Digital Delivery Policy

Product and billing

Text Brush lifetime access is a one-time digital purchase costing $4.99 USD. It is not a subscription and has no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Digital delivery

Digital access is normally activated immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Access is attached to the Google account used at checkout and unlocks unlimited eligible image saves. There is no physical product, shipping, or return shipment. If paid access does not appear after payment, contact us so we can investigate and restore it.

Cancellation

You may leave or cancel Stripe Checkout before completing payment. Because this is a one-time purchase, there is no subscription to cancel after payment and no future renewal charge. Deleting a Text Brush account does not automatically request or issue a refund. Contact us before account deletion if you want a refund request reviewed.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. We review requests in good faith, including:

• duplicate charges for the same account and product;
• a payment completed but paid access was not delivered and cannot be restored;
• a material technical fault that prevents the paid feature from being used; or
• an unauthorized payment reported promptly after discovery.

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not available after substantial use of paid access or for account suspension caused by a breach of our Terms. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] and include the Google-account email used for Text Brush, the Stripe receipt or payment reference, the purchase date, and a short explanation. We aim to review complete requests within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card network controls when the credit appears and may require additional processing time.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve delivery, access, duplicate-charge, or billing problems. This does not prevent you from exercising any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
