Agreement to these Terms

These Terms govern your use of Text Brush (the "Service"), a service operated by WOWCODED THINGS LTD. By using the Service or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or purchase paid access.

What Text Brush provides

Text Brush is a browser-based image editor for placing curved text on images. Editing and image rendering occur in your browser. The Service includes one guest image save and one additional free save after Google login, subject to the displayed limits and these Terms.

Accounts

Google authentication is required for the account-based free save and for purchases. You are responsible for access to your Google account and for activity associated with it. Paid access is attached to the account used at checkout, is not transferable, and is not shared with other products or accounts. You can permanently delete your account from the profile menu. Deletion removes account access and does not itself request or issue a refund; contact support before deleting if you want a refund request reviewed.

Price, payment, and taxes

Text Brush lifetime access costs $4.99 USD as a single payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Stripe processes the payment and may present additional payment-method or card-issuer information during checkout. Any applicable tax or issuer fee will be disclosed by the relevant party where required.

Digital delivery

Digital access is normally activated immediately after Stripe confirms payment. Delivery consists of updating the purchasing Text Brush account to permit unlimited eligible image saves. No physical goods are shipped. If access is not delivered, contact us using the details below so we can investigate and restore it.

Meaning of "lifetime access"

"Lifetime access" means access to the paid image-save feature for the purchasing account for as long as Text Brush operates and continues to offer that feature. It is not a promise that the Service will exist for the natural lifetime of a particular person. We may update, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, while respecting mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds and disputes

Our conditions, request process, delivery terms, and processing information are set out in the Refund and Digital Delivery Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Payment security

Checkout and card-data processing are provided by Stripe over HTTPS. Text Brush does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We retain only the payment identifiers and status needed to verify delivery, provide paid access, prevent duplicate fulfilment, and keep required records.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• infringe another person's intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with, probe, overload, or circumvent Service security or limits; or
• resell, transfer, or share paid account access.

Your images and rights

You retain rights in images and designs you lawfully create. Text Brush does not claim ownership of them. You remain responsible for your source images, text, and resulting content, including obtaining any necessary permissions.

Our intellectual property

The Service, brand, interface, software, and original site content are owned by or licensed to WOWCODED THINGS LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the Service as provided.

Availability and termination

We work to keep Text Brush available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, fraud, or a serious breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will try to provide notice of a material Service discontinuation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which service providers receive it, and the choices available to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact us first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, product, or operational changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated where required.
